The Fuchs & Hase bar, opened in October 2022 by Georg Waldmüller and Stephan Haas, is a new highlight in Innsbruck's old town.
Located in the former wine bar Da Vincenzo at Domplatz, it offers a charming mix of a relaxed atmosphere and high-quality drinks. Whether in a suit or sweatpants, everyone feels welcome here. Stephan opens the bar at three in the afternoon, while Georg serves coffee at the counter, accompanied by homemade cantuccini from his mother. In the middle of the old town, yet away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place for good vibes and unforgettable nights.
