This privacy policy applies to the website and the associated online service InbraStyle (hereinafter "InbraStyle", "we"), accessible at www.inbrastyle.com. It informs you about which personal data we process, for what purpose, on what basis, and to whom it may be disclosed.
We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and – insofar as persons from the EU/EEA are affected (e.g., users in Austria or Italy) – with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you access the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (including IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser used, referrer URL). This data is used for the stability, security, and error analysis of operations and is automatically deleted after 30 days, unless it is required to investigate a security incident.
Anyone creating an account can do so via email/password or using the login services "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple". In doing so, we process:
This data is stored with our auth and database provider Supabase (more on this in section 5). Signing in via Google or Apple is additionally subject to the privacy policies of these providers (Google Ireland Limited or Apple Distribution International).
Logged-in users can save locations as favorites. A link between the user account and the saved location (slug) is stored.
The data structure is prepared for future subscription/premium functions (e.g., for later integration with Stripe). Currently, no payment data is processed or payments triggered. As soon as this function goes live, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly (e.g., to include Stripe as a payment service provider).
InbraStyle offers a chat assistant that provides recommendations for locations. Entered messages are transmitted to the following services for answering:
The chat messages are processed to answer the query and are not stored permanently in connection with the user account.
To display locations, we embed maps from Mapbox (Mapbox, Inc., USA). When the map is loaded, the IP address is transmitted to Mapbox.
To display the website, we load a font from Adobe Fonts (Typekit) (Adobe Inc., USA). In this process, the IP address is transmitted to Adobe.
For sending account emails (e.g., registration confirmation, password reset), we use the email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA).

We do not use any marketing, tracking, or analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) and no third-party cookies for advertising purposes. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required as of today; this may change as soon as analytics or marketing tools are used.
Since Google, Apple, Anthropic, Voyage AI, Mapbox, Adobe, and Resend are companies with headquarters or server locations in the USA, data may be transferred to the USA within the scope of the functions described above (so-called third country without a level of data protection recognized as adequate by Switzerland/EU). We base such transfers on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the EU Commission or corresponding clauses of the FDPIC.
