Since 2022, head chef Dominic Pernstich and restaurant manager Aron Singer have been running the restaurant at Rametz Castle. Together with their team, they delight guests at lunch and dinner with exquisite Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine and fine wines from our own cellar and across Europe.
