From the heart of the Eternal City, Il Marchese arrives in Milan, in the enchanting Brera district, to export the overwhelming noble charm of nineteenth-century Rome and its gastronomic tradition.
Freely inspired by the film Il Marchese del Grillo, the restaurant combines two very different souls: on one side, that of the Marchese with its magnificent luxury and decor, and on the other, that of the Carbonaro with the authenticity and warmth of Roman taverns. The result is an elegant and authentic gastronomic living room, where velvet sofas, precious stuccos, and large crystal chandeliers harmonize with handcrafted wooden tables and chairs.
The heart of the venue is the oval courtyard, with majestic columns serving as a stage for the kitchen, the open cocktail bar, and the small stage for live musical accompaniment. Next to it is a unique space: an intimate and precious "restaurant within a restaurant," a private lounge with its own kitchen and cocktail bar for events and celebrations, complete with a dedicated chef and bartender. Another large hall overlooking the street completes the venue for special occasions.
A place to be experienced on any occasion, from the most important events to a simple evening with friends.
